Meet outside the Spar, The Cross.
The focus of this walk is on mental health. The walk leaders will guide you through some easy exercises to help clear your mind, connect with nature and be in the moment.
The pace of the walk will be slow and there will be various stops during the walk for the above-mentioned exercises. So bear this in mind and maybe wear an extra layer of clothing to prevent getting cold. In addition to this, the walk is quieter than our regular health walks and sometimes even silent.
